FAQ
How many people can I schedule workouts and/or exercises for?
You can add as many people as you would like.

Are updates free?
All updates and upgrades are free at this time. If you own verion 1.0 and would like version 2.0, download the software, install it and email the request certificate to us.

Can I import and export exercises?
You can import and export exercises, so you can share the exercises with others whom own the Better Byte Fitness Planner. You cannot import or export workouts or plans at this time, although it is planned for a future release.

What is the best way to keep track of the amount of weight to be lifted in the upcoming workout?
When you create workouts, don't enter the weight lifted. If you create plans, do not enter the weight lifted. After you schedule the workout into the calendar, go in and enter the weight for each exercise there in only the first upcoming workout. The reason for this is that often times, during a workout, you discover that you are trying to lift too much weight or not enough weight. Enter the weight you actually lift into the "Actual" section. The next time you prep your upcoming workout, you will be able to check what you lifted during the last workout. The scheduled activity has a special drop-down button which will display the weights you have lifted for that particular exercise in your past workouts. This is an easier method than pre-determining how much weight you want to lift and then editing each workout's "planned" fields too. It is less work to do it this way.

Can I add my own exercises?
Yes, you can easily add your own exercises including two pictures per exercise. You must know the METS value, though, which is the metabolic equivalent, or what the calorie burning factor of the exercise is. If you are not sure, try to find a similar exercise in the exercise library and use it's value instead. All exercises entered need a METS value in order to calculate calories burned.
